Wholesale Information
No Wholesale Accounts
Unfortunately, Grandpa's does not offer wholesale accounts, at this time. However, we do offer quantity discounts on many items. See "discounts on volume orders", below. Looking for suppliers? Please see "supplier list", below.
Discounts On Volume Orders
While we do not offer wholesale, we do offer "some" discounts on volume orders. If a discount is available, you will see that as an option on the product information page. We DO NOT offer deeper discounts than are shown on the product information pages. Please do not ask.
Special Orders
We can often special order items not normally available, or large quantities of a particular item for you. These are known as special orders. Special orders do not fall into regular purchase policy. All special orders must be paid for (cleared our bank), before we will place the order. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery on special orders. Also, there are no rush services or returns on a special order item, and special orders are not eligible for free shipping. Please, feel free to contact us with your requirements.
Rush Orders On Volume Purchases
I know, you need 100 silk bags in blue, by next week! While we would love to help you, Grandpa's is really just a tiny mom & pop shop. We are not really set up to supply large quantities of any particular item, and definitely cannot help you with rush orders of large quantities, unless that quantity is on hand. If the quantity is on hand, it will show in your shopping cart. There is almost always an out of stock notice, when you order more than we have available.

We understand what it is like to be searching for products for your own store, or wanting to purchase large quantities of something we carry. Any wholesale resources we do share can be found on our links pages. All others remain "trade secret". We hope you understand.
