Sage Spirit Smudge Sticks are made with sage from New Mexico and (except for "sage only") are combined with either cedar, sweetgrass, copal, or lavender. Each ingredient is considered a sacred herb used for centuries by Native Americans in their "smudging" ceremonies.

Today, many people are smudging to receive benefits known to generations of our Native American brothers & sisters. Using smudge wands, you can create a sacred space for yourself or remove negative energy.

At present, we have five Sage Spirit Smudge Wands, all with sage and other smudging herbs.
Sage is used in smudging ceremonies to drive out negative energy and/or spirits. All Sage Spirit smudge wands are wrapped in 100% cotton string for safe and healthful burning. Each Sweetgrass and sage smudge wand is about 5 inches long and comes with "how to smudge" instructions on the package!

Sage Spirit Sage & Sweetgrass Smudge Wands - Used to cleanse negativity, bring sweetness, harmony, positive energy, and protection. Sweetgrass has a lovely scent, not unlike vanilla mixed with fresh mown hay.

Sage Spirit Sage & Copal Smudge Wands - Used to cleanse, purify, and for protection. Copal has some similarity to Frankincense. Myans used copal to honor their ancestors.

Sage Spirit Sage & Lavendar Smudge Wands - Used to cleanse and bring peace and wisdom. Lavender is also a great cure for insomnia.

Sage Spirit Sage & Cedar Smudge Wands - Used to cleanse and purify. Cedar helps to send forth prayer to The Creator. Cedar is also a powerful healing tree and can help clear the air after illness, too!

Sage Spirit Sage Smudge Sticks - A plain Sage bundle is used for cleansing, strength, wisdom, and purification. This is Desert sage from New Mexico.
