Grandpa's is pleased to offer a "customer loyalty discount" to all of our members. The more you shop with us, the larger your discounts!

Our Customer Loyalty program is designed with you in mind. We make it so darned easy, you don't have to do a thing except be a member!

How It Works:

First, sign into your membership account. Then, just shop as you normally do (you must be signed in as a member). After each order is delivered, the total in your "customer loyalty" account goes up. When your customer loyalty total reaches a certain level, for any given year, each additional order automatically receives the discount, upon confirming checkout.

What are the discounts?
Order a total of $150 in merchandise and receive 3% off every order, thereafter.
Order a total of $300 in merchandise and receive 4% off every order, thereafter.
Order a total of $500 in merchandise and receive 10% off every order, thereafter.
Order a total of $750 in merchandise and receive 12% off every order, thereafter.
Order a total of $1000 in merchandise and receive 15% off every order, thereafter.
Order a total of $1500 in merchandise and receive 20% off every order, thereafter.

What's Included?
The customer loyalty total includes all merchandise purchased in any given year. In order for your customer loyalty total to go up, your order must be completed, delivered, and not returned.

You can even use Grandpa's coupons on any order and still build your Customer Loyalty total. The balance will rise by the merchandise cost after the coupon has been applied.

What's Not Included?
All returns will lower your loyalty balance.
Shipping costs do not add to your Customer Loyalty total.
The purchase of Gift Certificates are not eligible for Customer Loyalty discounts, but do raise your total.

PLEASE NOTE:
You must be logged into your account, when you checkout, or your discount will not show.
Also, you must have an account AND be logged into your account, when you checkout, to add to your loyalty discount total.
