These little bells are made of brass and from India. The string bells emit a shimmering sound, very high, and very calming. I used to have a string hanging by my front counter, so that every time I walked past, the bells would chime. They seem to bring something positive into the environment and people just loved them!

Hung on a door or strung in a doorway, so as to be chimed regularly as you pass by, these brass string bells give out a very happy, shimmering sound (unless, of course, you hate bells)!
For a very exotic Eastern feel, get several string bells and hang them together, wherever the bells will be moved by person or wind.

BELL DESCRIPTION

The strings come in assorted colors. They are solid and usually bright colors, such as blue, green, gold, black, pink, yellow or red. They normally come in packs of assorted colors, so we cannot choose more than one of a specific color for you, unless you are interested in Red Only. In that case, please see our other string bell page for that color. Of course, if you have a color preference for the bell strings, feel free to add a comment on your order and we will try to match your preference.

The string bell cord is about 36 inches long and has 11-12 bells tied along the string. The bells are tiny at about 3/4 inch tall, with a high pitched shimmering chime.

String bells make a wonderful melodious sound that is hard to describe, but not so far different than the sound of bells on a belly dancer's costume.
