Flat Rates will normally appear upon checkout to all orders shipping to the Continental USA.* Our standard and rush service options will also appear. Flat rate shipping is just one option. When choosing flat rate shipping, please allow up to 21 days for your order to be delivered.
*For deliveries to the continental USA (lower 48 & DC), only. Shipping offers cannot be combined or used with other offers, such as special coupons.

Can I choose flat rate shipping and still get my free gift?
Yes, you may choose flat rate shipping and also choose your free gift, special offer gift, bargain page items, and/or any items that are on sale!
I do not see any flat rate shipping option at checkout.
If you are sending your order to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO addresses, this option will not appear. These addresses are not eligible for flat shipping.
Also, from time to time, flat rate shipping may be turned off. This may happen when we have other special offers or special coupons for our newsletter customers.
Does it always take 21 days for delivery?
No. Often your order may be delivered in just a week or two. We ask you to allow up to 21 days, as orders using other shipping options will receive priority. If you need it sooner than 21 days, PLEASE, choose a faster shipping method.
