Mail orders can be placed online using the payment by check or money order option. We email payment instructions (within 1 business day).

Orders shipping via UPS normally leave our store within 2-4 business days. Delivery times will vary, depending on how far you are from our store.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, PR, GU, AS are shipped as a unit once every 2 weeks. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to arrive.

We know! Sometimes, you have just got to have something by a certain date. If you will tell us about your deadline in the comments section of the checkout form, we will know when you need it and will let you know if it is possible.

However, if it will not be possible to meet the deadline, we will email you with possible options and wait until we to hear back from you. WE WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL WE HEAR BACK FROM YOU, if we feel we cannot meet your deadline using the delivery method you chose.
PLEASE, do not use FREE shipping, super saver option, or payment by mail, if you need something fast! You WILL be disappointed!

We presently accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards online.

If you want to pay by check or money order, these are accepted by mail.
Please note that your order will not ship until payment has CLEARED our bank. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to ship, AFTER we have RECEIVED your check. To avoid banking delays, please use a US postal money order when paying by mail.

We currently ship to USA (including All States, DC, APO, FPO, PR, AS, GU, MH, & VI).

SORRY, NO PO BOXES.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, with the exception of Military APO/FPO boxes.

Shipping costs will vary with delivery address. Minimum shipping to the USA will vary from about $7.59 to $10.50, depending on where you live and whether you use the flat rate option, or standard shipping.

For standard shipping, each additional pound of weight is only about 30-55 cents more. Read about flat rate shipping to learn how to save on delivery.

Flat rate shipping is based on the dollar amount that you spend. The flat rate shipping option will ONLY appear for orders shipping to mainland USA addresses.

As of August 2006, the costs are:

Up To $24.99 flat rate = $8.50
$25.00 up To $49.99 flat rate = $5.00
$50.00 up To $59.99 flat rate = $4.00
Over $60.00 flat rate = $3.00

Please note that flat rate orders can take up to 21 days for delivery.

All you need do is purchase more than the required amount to have the free shipping option appear. You must CHOOSE free shipping on checkout.

We try to keep an accurate online inventory, and we do not backorder. If you try to order more than we show in stock a message will appear in your shopping cart.

Sometimes errors occur. If, for some unforeseeable reason, we are unable to ship your entire order, we will contact you by email as soon as possible with the next available ship date, possible upgrades, or substitutions. 
All offers are subject to availability.

At times, we prohibit checkout if you have an out of stock item in your shopping cart. Simply remove it to continue checkout.

We also have a checkbox on the last page that you must tick, in order to complete your order. The checkbox says that you have read and agree to our web sites terms of use.
Our MAIN concern here, is that you are who you say you are AND that you have double checked all information entered. If UPS charges us $5.00 because you forgot the apartment number, or mispelled your street name, we are going to charge you for it. If a package is returned as undeliverable due to your error, we are going to charge you for the shipping and probably cancel the order. You see what I mean?

The last reason you might not be able to check out is because we are not yet shipping to your address. We currently ship to USA (including All States, DC, APO, FPO, PR, AS, GU, MH, & VI). If you live elsewhere or are trying to ship elsewhere, you will not be able to check out.

An Overview
Basically, all checkout is done on our secure server. Look for the little lock in the lower corner of your browser upon entering the checkout system.

We do not give, sell, share your information with anyone, except to complete the order and delivery, and if we were required by law. We also HATE spam and do not send it ourselves. We won't send newsletters or sales notices unless you asked for them.
