Special Coupons & Discount Codes
Coupons
Grandpa's offers special coupons or discounts to its members, by email. These are usually limited by time or quantity. To learn about the benefits of free membership, please visit our Membership Information Center.
How To Redeem A Special Discount Coupon
At checkout, after choosing a delivery method, you will be shown payment options. Just below the payment options is a box to enter your coupon code. Just enter the code and click on the redeem button to activate the discount. The discount amount will be applied to current order!
Limit: Only one coupon code may be used with any order.
Problems: On a rare occasion, the discount may not show up on the confirmation page. Look to the top of the left menu where you will see your shopping cart subtotal.
If the coupon was activated, the box should show "coupon: info", just below the subtotal. Clicking on the info link will popup a window to tell you what the coupon is, what the discount is, expiration date, and a list of the items the coupon is valid for. If the coupon is not activated, return to the payment page and enter the code again.
Check to make sure you have the correct item in your basket. If your item is listed as valid for the coupon or the coupon code is not activating, place the coupon code in the comments section of the checkout page. If valid, I will manually give the discount after the order is reviewed. If the coupon is not valid, you will receive an email, giving options and asking how you would like to proceed.
