Just received my order yesterday. Everything is fantastic! Shipping was fast and the contents of the packaging were perfect and safe. I was so happy, in fact, that I jumped online to order more stuff!!
P.S. - Loved the free gift of the fortune fish! I used to play with those when I was little. I had a lot of fun teasing my husband with it ;) |

Hi Grandpa,
That's what we call you at our house now. I received my Kuan Yin statue
today. She's beautiful. Thank you for packing her so nicely. She arrived
in one piece. I want to tell you a quick story about my order.....
When I set out to buy the statue, I looked at several web-sites. I really liked yours (it's fun too)and even though you charged about $10 more, I decided to shop with you because you seemed nice. I was all the way to check out and got a message about your illness and the store was closed.
This was on 9/1. You said you might reopen 9/2. Something told me to have
compassion for you and wait til 9/2. But....frustrated by the time I spent on your site and still not able to order and impatient as I am, I ordered from someone else.
Well...the statue arrived broken. It looked like it had been glued before it was sent to me, too. I called the company and she suggested I purchase crazy glue which she would reimburse me for and that I glue it together.
Needless to say, I returned the statue to them and ordered from you. Kuan
Yin was teaching me compassion and patience. I would have had a lot less
hassle if I would have listened.
Anyway...Now, I send you healing thoughts often. I hope you are well. I
will continue to order from you as long as you're open.
I liked the smiley faces on the package.

hope all is well at Grandpas! It has been a while since I've placed an order, I have been so busy here, and I am running out of some herbs.
Next order I want the pentagram wind chimes. they were so lovely.

Greetings Erin!
Just a quick note to let you know that my girls and I loved the box of metaphysical goodies that we ordered from Grandpa's...and it arrived on the day it was supposed to. We haven't yet played the transformation game but have looked through it and read some of the directions - it's going to be a fabulous game to play with special friends. I'm in a class right now that a friend of mine is conducting and she has had us use the life and angel cards as oracles...fun stuff. Thanks also for the free gifts as Bee and Flower Soaps is a favorite brand of ours, especially Sandlewood! We look forward to patronizing your company again soon.

page on the Grandpa's General web site with comments from satisfied customers and I want to reiterate some of the things that they said. Feel free to use my comments if you want. I have had nothing but great experiences with your company.
I love that you always have exactly what I want and that the products are always great when I get them. I love that I always know the status of my order because I get three e-mails, including a tracking number.
I love that I get my packages quickly. I love that you included a bunch of
extra goodies with the order that you filled for me right before Christmas. I
love that you clearly appreciate your repeat customers and that you personally communicate with your customers. So many businesses, (especially on-line businesses) could learn a lot from you about customer service. You're the best and you will definitely be getting much more business from me!

I ordered a few things from Grandpa's a couple weeks ago and received my order a couple days ago. I just thought I'd let you know how excited I was to get my stuff! It felt like Christmas opening all the fun things. I was amazed to find that the incense I ordered are slow burning and it was great to actually get substantial use and effect from just one incense stick. (My other incense burned so fast and dissipated so quickly that it was like I hadn't burned anything at all, which was costing me a fortune!)
Also I wanted to thank you for the free goodies, the practice feathers and the Indian Temple incense. It was very effective advertising on your part because it is now my favorite and I've just recently ordered a package of it.

Hello Erin,
Just wanted to let you know that my order arrived in Maine on precisely the day you said it would. It was beautifully packaged, and as I rummaged through the packing material, I found the little Guatemalan worry dolls in their little yellow box--an unexpected, lovely extra that I've enjoyed. I've got a four-year-old grandson who takes the worries of the world on his shoulders every night when he goes to bed, and I've decided to share them with him. I think they'll be just the ticket to help him manage things more comfortably.
I've been singing your praises whenever I talk about The Transformation Game, so I hope that'll bring you some more orders. The game itself, by the way, was wonderful. My three friends and I played it one rainy night in Digby, Nova Scotia, in the midst of Evangeline country, and it truly was transformational. I hope lots and lots of people are finding out about it--and that they're all ordering the game from YOU!!!
Thanks again for your help and your nice e-mail. It really helped me relax and know that the game would be in Maine when I needed it to be: a form e-mail--or no e-mail at all--would have made for some anxious moments!

Just received my order from you. Such a quick response! And the package has such a nice presentation! That's even before I got to the items!
The smudge sticks and Sweet grass braids are wonderful. It was such a 'lift' just inhaling the aromas! Was hard to put them down!
Our apartment building had a serious fire in October, and we are just now being able to move back in. This is perfect timing - to do a cleansing smudge over Easter! We can encompass all spiritual ideals with the cleansing and renewal.
