Chakras, What Are Chakras?
Some people believe that there is more to a human being than the physical body. As well, as the physical body, a human being also has a spiritual body, and this spiritual body has vibrations of light, that create different energy centers or vortex, we call Chakras.

Chakra is a Sanskrit word, roughly translating to "wheel." Chakras are located all over the physical body, but the major chakras are these same light energy centers that are located along the spine. They are depicted as colorful wheels of light, or energy vortexes, spinning and energizing our physical and spiritual body.

Chakras may become blocked, and when they do, our body and/or spirit becomes out of alignment or balance. Wendy Lambert has created a wonderful tool, in kit form, for healing and balancing the Chakras.

The chakra balancing kit is a self-empowering healing tool that will teach you how to determine the health of a chakra by measuring its flow of energy with a pendulum. You will also learn how to open a closed or blocked chakra, in order to allow a state of health to return.

A 12 page information booklet is included in the kit. Using the pendulum provided, you can learn about the health of each individual chakra. Use the color wheel provided to help balance the chakra.

Chakras can also be opened, balanced, charged and cleared by listening to the meditation tape.

Side A of the meditation tape introduces chakra measurement, chakra balancing, distance healing and healing with crystals. Side B of the tape is a meditation designed to balance the chakras.
