3 1/2" Brass Incense Burners
These are the traditional cone incense burners. Everybody Needs one of these! These are the larger cone incense burners, standing about 3 1/2 inches tall. The incense burners are cone shaped and are used primarily for cones or powdered incense. The lid is removed and the cone or powder incense is placed inside and lit. There are cut outs on the lid to allow for air flow, but many people do not even bother using the lids on a burner this size, especially in winter, when oxygen is at a premium in many places.  If that is the case for you, keep the lid off while burning and just replace the burner's lid, when finished.

Other Uses
The 3 1/2 inch size incense burner may be used for cones, smudge, powders, and sticks. It could also be used for charcoal, or resin incense. However, it is vitally important to have some sort of protection under the incense burner if you will use it for charcoal and just a good idea, generally. This is because the incense burner is made from brass and it will conduct heat extremely well. Don't want to ruin that nice coffee table! Leave the lid off, if you burn charcoal, for the very same reason, OUCH!

3 1/2 Inch Brass Incense Burner Details:
Standing about 3 1/2 to 4" tall, these cone burners are made of brass and have star shaped cutouts in the top, to allow air flow.  They are made for burning incense cones and powders. Some, have cutouts on the bottom section, as well as the top. If you have need of a solid base, just mention this in the comments section of the checkout form.

The cone incense burners measure about 2 " across and come in various shapes, as well. All are just about the same size. Most, have a hole in the lid that is perfect for holding mini or standard incense sticks, so they really are versatile! These brass incense holders may be used for cones, powders, smudge & sticks. These burners are made individually, in India, so this measurement can vary slightly from burner to burner, and batch to batch. 

Please note: Brass conducts heat extremely well. Do yourself a favor and make sure you have something to absorb the heat, to place under the incense burner, as the heat from the incense could damage whatever the burner sits on.
